The Plainlake Apartments is a Residential floor. It is furnished with three photos framed on the wall. One is a portrait of someone, another is a photo of an animal, like a cat or a dog, (This just so happens to be the Small Painting in the Art Studio.)and a painting of a landscape (like a beach or something). There is also a bookcase and a china plate above it. There is also a window, an armchair left of it, and a small table and a lamp on it.
As all residental floors, the Plainlake Apartments houses five residents.
